OUR WORLD IS CHANGING
 
Our world is changing fast!  My world is changing fast!
 
Schools are locked down – students, shoppers, workers are harmed or killed – laws are changing – threats and attacks everywhere, anywhere – violence- fear-danger-confusion-death!
 
I find myself praying for the safety of my husband, children and grandchildren on a daily basis as they go about their normal activities.  Many schools and work places are no longer safe havens but are secured in various new and necessary ways. 
 
These happenings are no longer far away in other parts of the world. They are right here, right now, every day in our country, our states and our hometowns.
 
How do I stand steadfast and have peace during these perilous times?  Where does my peace and hope come from?
 
 I know the Lord is always with me.
 I will not be shaken, for He is right beside me.
